Watchgecko

WatchGecko sells a wide range of high-quality replacement watch straps.  WatchGecko had been selling on Amazon UK for a year or so before asking us to take over manging the account.

What we did

We improved listings, started advertising and worked with WatchGecko to identify further ranges to sell. We also opened new markets in the US, Japan, Australia and Canada.

Results

UK sales have increased by over 10 times, and have continued growing ever since we took over in Feb 24. With success in the US, Japan and smaller markets, total sales have grown 50x in under 2 years, to account for 1/3^rd of total company sales.
